My experience with Tom was first class, communication through the app was clear and puntual at all times. I would defintely recommend TCP Electrical and will be using them again. I had the job of organising this work for my elderly parents who live 100 miles from me. Tom made that potentially difficult task a breeze. I have not provided workmanship rating as I have yet to the work, however my mother assures me he and his team were punctual, corteous and very tidy. Most importantly my parent’s shower is up and running again and I have the peace if mind their home is now safer.

Tom surveyed the work and gave me a date to start he kept in contact along the way and messaged the night before coming. Toms work was thorough quick and very professional he came when he said he’d come and completed the work to a high standard at a good price I would have no hesitation to recommend him to anyone else

Had Tom round to initially move the main consumer unit in the house which he completed in the time scale he said it would be was neat and tidy and polite and courteous. Got Tom back in to install a new consumer unit in the garage two out door sockets and a EV charger, and fit a new bathroom extractor fan, excellent work all completed to a high standard in a neat and tidy manor highly recommend and will definitely use again should we require any further Electical works
